Changing your details

BIAS now uses Thrive4, who have taken over the previous Love Admin accounts, as our secure software provider to store your membership records.

If you need to check that your membership records are up to date or change the information held, you can do this by logging into your Thrive4 account found here, using your email address and the password that you may have received from Love Admin if you joined BIAS in recent years. If you have forgotten or cannot find your password, you can request a password reset on their ‘sign into Thrive’ page.

Alternatively, if you want to make any changes to your details or want to cancel your membership you can contact us here and choose ‘Membership Query’ from the drop down menu
