Problems with iFollow – Have your Say…..

BIAS recently attended a meeting with the Football Supporters Association (FSA) where are number of issues were discussed including problems with the iFollow streaming service. A summary of this meeting can be found here

Discussions identified that fans experiences of using the iFollow streaming service are varied, and the FSA are now keen to obtain detailed supporter feedback to confirm what issues have been encountered. The meeting identified potential problems with logging on, refunds and technical issues during transmission of games.

The survey will cover everything from how fans rate different aspects of their experience, to which devices they are using, how they’re paying for the services, and identifying any problems they have had.

If you have viewed at least one game via the iFollow streaming service, please can you spend a few minutes and complete the FSA survey that can be found at – https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/efl-streaming

It is imperative that for the English Football League (EFL) to take these issues seriously, this survey needs to be completed by as many supporters as possible. The survey will close on the 4th December so please provide your feedback before this date. Thank you for your support.

BIAS is an affiliate member of the FSA and we will continue to do all we can to improve the experience and pleasure of the match day event not only for Brentford supporters but all fans who follow football.
