At the suggestion of BIAS, the club will also be emailing and sending letters to all season ticket holders with this information.

Current season ticket holders who wish to purchase Premium Season Tickets at the new stadium should register their interest as soon as possible but no later than Friday 27th September to avoid disappointment.

For those who do not want to take advantage of Premium Season Tickets, remaining season tickets will be sold from January next year based on a set of criteria agreed with BIAS and other supporter groups. It will also be the intention for the Club to contact all season ticket holders individually to help decide where best to move in the new stadium.

To help with this process, the Club have asked current season ticket holders to complete a short survey before Friday 27th September. Your support in completing this survey will be greatly appreciated by the Club. Please see link below:

We are aware that we are entering a period of unprecedented change for our supporters and there is a lot of uncertainty and nervousness regarding our move from Griffin Park.

With this in mind we have asked the Club whether they will run Q&A sessions before and after some home games this year, possibly in the Hive. The Club are also working on a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and we expect these to be issued shortly.

In the meantime, if season ticket holders have immediate questions, they should contact enquiries@brentfordfc.com in the first instance or contact us via feedback@bias.org.uk and we will collate and pass onto the Club.

BIAS remains committed to working with the Club to ensure our transition to our new stadium goes as smoothly as possible for our members.

If you are not a member of BIAS, please join TODAY by visiting Bias.org.uk/join – we need your support.
