The Bees eased to a healthy 3-1 win over Notts County to keep up the pressure at the top of the table.
The Bees started well and looked lively in midfield. The hosts had a couple of good chances but the first goal came from a Forshaw penalty which was given when Hollis was sent off by Breakspear for bringing down Clayton Donaldson.
The Bees pressed on and soon had a second when Alan McCormack found Alan Judge who’es right footed shot found the net.
The Bees third came early in the second half. Notts County’s man of the match Bartman made two great reflex saves from Toumani but when the loose ball fell to Judge he made no mistake and it was 3-0
The Bees pushed for a fourth, but their play appeared laboured with the three goal cushion.
Spencer got a consolation goal for County after breaking through the middle.
The Bees dominated but in truth should have been more ruthless. Rotherham United’s late winner at Gillingham means that they still have to look over their shoulders as they strive for automatic promotion
