Brentford made ten changes, and proved the strength of the squad a 3-2 win.
Dagenham took the lead and went into half time in the lead after Nugnet’s own goal. The linesman was flagging for offside when the ball was crossed in to the box and was turned into our own goal.

The Fortunes changes in the second half when Farid came on. Farid put the Bees level with a scrambled goal from inside the box.
Filo scored the Bees second goal from a couple of yards outside the box after receiving a great through ball from Dallas.
Dagenham equalised with about 15 minutes to go and with the scores at two a piece the Bees up the tempo.
The Dagenham keeper brilliantly saved a Saunders free kick and Farid saw a header go just wide of the post
Farid was booked for a diving, opinion was divided if it was deserved.
Two Dagenham players should have seen red as the Bees run them ragged. With 90 minutes on the clock it looked like extra time was going to be required to settle the tie.
Saunders was pushed to the floor and Barren took the resulting free kick which was headed home by Farid who scored his second of the night
