As this game is being played on a Sunday during the Festive period, rail travel will be fraught with difficulties.
Virgin Rail are advising of scheduled engineering work taking place on the day of this match. Therefore the most likely option would appear to be to travel from London Marylebone to Banbury with
Chiltern Railways; and then from Banbury to Wolverhampton with Cross Country Trains
An alternative option might be to travel from Marylebone to Birmingham Moor Street Chiltern Railways; and from there walk (approx a 10 minute walk) to Birmingham New Street where you can connect with Arriva Trains Wales services to Wolverhampton.
Journey time is likely to be around 2 hours and 40 mins, including time for connections.
