The ladies have now gone 3 points clear at the top of the table after their 4-1 win on away to Clapham united.

Latoya Bailey opened the scoring 10 minutes into the first half, after latching onto a through ball from the midfield. Latoya soon made it 2-0, calmly slotting home the second after a well executed cross into the box from Amber Luzar.

Against the run of play, Brentford then gifted Clapham with a route back into the game, conceding after a long ball managed to make its way through to the Clapham forward.

Winning a free kick in midfield soon saw the ladies get back into their stride. Delivery from Vicky James into the box, saw Amber latch onto the loose ball in the box, and deflecting the ball into the back of the net from the Clapham defender.

The second half, Clapham started piling on the pressure, closing down balls early and creating chances which could have changed the flow of the game. However, 5 minutes before time, a counter attack from Brentford saw Hannah Noonan break into the box before being brought down and awarded a penalty. Vicky stepped up and slotted home the penalty to finish the match 4-1.
